What is Friends in Town?
Friends in Town is a free app that shows you which friends live in or are visiting the cities you travel to, so you can meet up while you're both there. It works at the city level and never shares your exact location.

Yes. Friends in Town is free on iPhone, Android and the web, with no ads.
How does Friends in Town protect my privacy?

How do I invite friends to Friends in Town?
Tap Invite friends and share your link. Your friend can join on the web or get the app, and you're connected once they sign up.
Do I need the app, or can I use the website?
You can use either one with the same account. The iPhone and Android apps can also alert you when a friend's trip lines up with your city, which the website can't do.
